Step 1:
Please fill out the application form, either print the pdf, finish and fax to 416.733.2070, or scan to info@dukeacademy OR complete the application form online
Step 2:
Send copies of your most recent academic records (within 3 years).
If your application has been approved, a letter of pre-acceptance will be issued to you. Then an invoice will be provided by the finance department, showing the amount of balance due according to your choice of program.
Once payment has been received, the office will issue a receipt and the official Letter of Acceptance, which can be used to apply for Canadian study permit. If home-stay is requested, please also complete the homestay request form.
